Dear Mr.Henry
In a telephone conversation yesterday, we discussed a plan to do my wedding reception in the Building Cultural Faithful. I want to confirm to you.
Date reception January 21 at 09:00 am until 6:00 pm. with about 200 invited guests, with one large room that can accommodate all the invited guests.
As we discussed, I need speakers, air conditioning as well as tables, benches and indoor decorations.
On the date of reception we also serve other meals and desserts, I would appreciate you fax me with the menu selection. do not pass me up as soon as possible from the 20th of november.
I also receive a fee that will be projected me to the reception of my day. I will give the final confirmation of our reservation on 30 October.
I would like to thank you for your assistance in planning our reception. I hope to see you next week when I came to look beyond your facility.

Dear Mr.Harma
Thank you for the letter you sent on 12 September last. Stating your interest to do a wedding reception in the building of cultural faithful. This letter is our confirmation, the next call to discuss the cost of your reception.
We understand you want to order the facility on 21 January with about 200 invited guests. You need one large room that can accommodate all of your invited guests.
As you requested we will provide speakers, air conditioning as well as tables, benches and indoor decorations.
We will provide a large room of 50 tables. let us know you would like a table 6 regular or 4 roundtable. This request may be submitted two weeks prior to the date of reception.
On the date of reception we will provide a buffet meal menu can be submitted one week prior to the reception.
As you requested, I will fax the cost of which is projected on 30 October, after you decide what is needed and what kind of eating, we can complete the estimated costs.
I appreciate you for planning a reception in our building, we hope to demonstrate to you when you visit our facility this week.
